Sea Island Secretariat LLC was built on a straightforward observation: the organizations trusted with educating and caring for children are often the least supported behind the scenes. Childcare centers, small private schools, and educational nonprofits carry real HR and operational responsibilities without the systems, documentation, or professional support to manage them well.

I founded Sea Island Secretariat to change that.

I bring direct administrative experience and a genuine investment in the educational community, one that goes beyond professional interest. I chose this industry deliberately because I have seen its workforce challenges up close, and I believe that sound HR infrastructure is one of the most practical ways to begin addressing them.
